**Key Responsibilities**
As a Work at Home Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and empathetic experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and helpful information to customers through phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
* Escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed

* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction ratings
**Schedule and Flexibility**

While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shifts and schedules, including:

**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to earn competitive rates, typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

* Organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll be considered a contractual relationship. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
**Important Information**
We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
