Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, utilizing consultative skills to understand each customer's individualized needs
• Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate blithequark products and services
• Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment, using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines
• Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and financial transactions
