We are currently offering the following shifts, with the possibility of additional shifts in the future:

• Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST
• Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST
• Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST

Essential Qualifications
