Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred), and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy, and previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
