  • Provide Product and Service Information: Offer detailed information about blithequark products and services, including card benefits, account management, payment options, and more, to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve issues such as billing disputes, fraudulent charges, and account discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update and maintain customer profiles and transaction histories in our CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Promote and Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services based on customer needs, while adhering to compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
