Key Responsibilities

  • Assist travel consultants with researching and planning travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to ensure that every client receives a personalized and exceptional travel experience.

  • Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to make reservations, confirm bookings, and process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all travel arrangements are seamless and stress-free.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to coordinate travel arrangements and secure the best available rates and accommodations, always keeping the client's best interests in mind.
