Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to merchants, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer mentorship and support to colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals

  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and interpret results
