About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of the HR Shared Services team at blithequark, where you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. Collaborating closely with our local and global skills groups, you will identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging Workday transactions and data input & accuracy. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail.
- Provide support for applications that impact all personnel, ensuring seamless execution and enabling employees to focus on delivering their best work.
- Explore new tools and techniques to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation, writing, and maintenance of our HR knowledge base for employees, serving as a valuable resource and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive experience for our employees.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, leveraging its capabilities to drive HR excellence.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Mass Uploads (EIB), ensuring efficient and accurate data management.
- Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/excel, enabling data-driven decision making and insights.
- A strong interest in process improvement and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Effective problem-solving skills, utilizing rigorous logic and methodologies to resolve complex issues and challenges.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required, demonstrating a foundation in relevant principles and practices.
- Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role is a plus, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the position.
- Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system is also a plus, enhancing your ability to manage and resolve employee inquiries and issues.
