**The Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues for Samsung's clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
* Developing efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
* Treating customers with respect, following company policies and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of customer service
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to customers
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although training and coaching will be provided to help you excel in your role)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues with finesse
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work varied shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 19:00
