**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Providing product or service knowledge to customers, either through phone, email, or chat
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Proficiency in computer software and hardware, with a high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
