* Outbound phone calls
You will interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations.
**Schedule and Flexibility**

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and work-related expenses. You'll also be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, which includes no claim against blithequark for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
