**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of our brand, providing white-glove service to customers who expect nothing but the best. Your day will be filled with:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Conducting research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
* Making product recommendations to close sales and exceed customer expectations

**What You Bring to the Role**
