**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with our clients to resolve their queries and issues. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer experiences through voice and written communications across various channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the blithequark platform
* Provide a "human-first" experience to clients through voice and written communications across chat, email, phone, and blithequark devices in a timely and accurate manner
* Develop expertise in blithequark products, both at a technical and client use-case level
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value from blithequark, seeking better ways to work more efficiently and delight clients
* Work with leadership to improve organizational efficiencies, sharing insights and feedback to help the team work smarter while driving client value higher
* Collaborate with peer colleagues (Sales, Onboarding, Record Management, Maintenance, etc.) to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention, working as one team
**How You'll Be Evaluated**
* Ticket Goal + Case Volume
* Consumer satisfaction + Quality of Client Communications
**What You'll Bring**
* 2 years of experience providing Software as-a-Service (SaaS) customer support to organizations with models where you've impacted clients to improve outcomes
* Proven background of providing support for various online software or SaaS products or potentially IT experience
* Experience building best practices geared towards help quality and efficiencies, possibly from having served as an Informed authority (SME), Mentor, or Leader
* Ability to adapt working independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a high-performing climate
* Multiple instances of focusing on maximum effect/value work among competing needs or requests
* Knowledge of fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript)
* Familiarity with exploring and working with various helpdesk systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio, etc.)
