About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer support throughout the day, answering customer calls, and problem-solving to help customers continue to live life outside. You will also have the opportunity to build sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and decisive manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell blithequark services to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about blithequark products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark products, services, and promotions to provide excellent customer support

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
  • Foundational sales skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell blithequark services
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media applications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to learn and apply general knowledge of blithequark products and services
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and adhere to instructions, processes, and procedures
  • Keen attention to detail, with mathematical skills to calculate (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure
  • Good organizational and time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of lawn care services and products
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits
