About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering superior customer support throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include answering customer calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to help our customers continue to enjoy their outdoor living spaces. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver superior customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Process customer orders, payments, and returns in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent customer service skills, including the ability to resolve conflict and communicate effectively with customers. You should also have foundational sales skills, including the ability to upsell products and services, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with social media applications, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, is also required. If you have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, that's a plus.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, including conflict resolution and communication
