About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent. As a key member of our Marketplace Live Operations team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, chats, and emails from our partner merchants, customers, and dashers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from partner merchants, customers, and dashers, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and address concerns
- Develop deep expertise in blithequark's processes, systems, and resources to drive positive outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and relationship-building to resolve issues and build trust with our partners, customers, and dashers
- Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or troubleshooting, with professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Maintain a high level of quality in every interaction, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support. You should have:
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills and above-average technical fluency, including a typing speed of 40 WPM
- Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually
- Experience working in a team environment and a strong ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers
- A high level of emotional intelligence and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and addressing concerns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technology or logistics company
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
