Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team, responsible for delivering top-notch support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. As a liaison between our branches and customers, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls to resolve routine customer concerns, such as service, billing, and results, in a timely and professional manner, with the ability to deviate from routine procedures to diagnose the root cause of more complex issues.
  • Coordinate and resolve customer follow-up requests, prioritizing open, overdue, and critical concerns, and escalating to management as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Review and respond to customer feedback collected through external sources, compiling statistical data, identifying trends, and reporting to the management team to inform business decisions.
  • Make contact with cancel request customers to retain business, probing to identify the root cause and using approved customer save offers to retain customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Complete special projects to support branch operations and efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and services.
  • Enter and maintain customer data accurately and timely, researching customer databases for account and service history to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Follow standard policies, procedures, and scripting when interacting with and resolving customer concerns, ensuring quality outcomes and consistency in our customer experience.
  • Assess customer needs for additional services and up-sell as appropriate, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer relationships.
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities or trends impacting the customer experience to management, contributing to the ongoing development of our customer service strategy.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, with an associate's degree preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to ongoing learning.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of resolving escalated customer service issues and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
