Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete. Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered by blithequark
  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and provide personalized consultations
  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
