Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate intake calls, providing customer service and support to callers in a professional and courteous manner
- Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service
- Provide exceptional client service experiences, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients by typing notes into our proprietary system, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately documented
- Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to lifelong learning
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
- Experience with call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls and requests simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint, and superior knowledge of Excel, with the ability to apply these skills in a customer service context
- Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
