Job Overview

As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional first impression to our customers by quickly answering online chat requests and questions. Your extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services will enable you to handle all customer inquiries efficiently. You will utilize our web-based live chat console (Live Agent) to communicate with customers, driving dynamic conversations that foster customer loyalty. Your ability to think on your feet, multi-task, and type quickly will be essential in providing a personalized experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in unscripted conversations with customers, addressing their requests, wants, and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize our web-based live chat console to communicate with customers, ensuring seamless and efficient support
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of our website, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and company benchmarks, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Think critically and outside the box to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive outcome
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A typing speed of 75+ words per minute (WPM), with experience navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
