Key Responsibilities

- Process requests and telephone inquiries, adhering to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional knowledge of products, supporting and training customers on product usage and functionality.
- Explain processes, forms, and procedures to callers, ensuring that customers understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measures.
- Deliver customer service via phone, email, live chat messages, and texts, addressing customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up with website inquiries, conducting product presentations to prospective customers and setting sales appointments for sales team leadership.
- Ask probing questions to fully understand customer needs, providing first-call resolution and ensuring that customers only need to call once.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of customer service experience.
