The Role: Customer Service and Operations Associate
As a Customer Service and Operations Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our services. Your primary focus will be on helping customers consolidate their retirement accounts, addressing their queries, and providing guidance on our products. You'll be the voice of our customers, advocating for their needs and sharing valuable feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. In this role, you'll work closely with all members of the company, collaborating to drive growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in consolidating their retirement accounts, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
- Act as a customer advocate, gathering and sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to drive product development and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience
- Work flexible hours as needed to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service and financial services
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a strong willingness to obtain them
- A genuine interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and improve their long-term financial well-being
- Familiarity with customer service best practices, tools, and software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
