**Join Our Mission-Driven Team**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be handling customer inquiries and helping policyholders with their policy needs. You'll be delighting customers over the phone or via chat, collaborating with other Reps and Specialists, and assisting with ad-hoc projects & duties.
**About the Role**
As a licensed Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling calls and chats with customers to resolve their queries and concerns
* Processing policy endorsements, billing requests, tracking, and following up on outstanding items
* Communicating with team members and escalating items and issues when necessary
* Collaborating with other Reps and Specialists to achieve team goals and objectives
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects and duties as required
**Training and Support**
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing collaborative support to ensure your success in this role. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* An active Property & Casualty license
* 3 or more years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
* Insurance policy support, rating, or policy lifecycle experience
* Knowledge of underwriting guidelines is helpful
* Attention to detail and strong personal time management skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Excellent computer and software skills, including Google Suite, Slack, Zendesk, and other relevant tools
