**Job Summary**
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and help them navigate our system. This is a part-time role, requiring 20-30 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate your needs. We're looking for someone who can work 4-6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with the option to work until 8 pm ET.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
* Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
* Help customers navigate our system and provide training on our products
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Continuously improve our processes and procedures to enhance customer experience
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with our products and services
**Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has a knack for problem-solving, and is a team player. If you have:
* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or tech startup environment
* Superior communication skills, with the ability to express complex subjects in a simple way
* A deep understanding of retail and business operations, including inventory management and reporting
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* The ability to wear multiple hats and handle a variety of tasks, including billing, technical, and setup questions
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
