**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency
* Documenting customer interactions and updating support tickets in the CRM system

**Compensation and Benefits:**
