**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and requests with ease. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
* Booking appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy
* Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers
* Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
* Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs with a positive attitude
* Informing clients about procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
* Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
* A minimum of one year of experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferably)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferably)
* Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
* Ability to pass a background check
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
