**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for Email, Chat, and Voice Support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers via email, chat, and phone, providing technical assistance and resolving inquiries with clarity and empathy.
* Guiding customers through questions about blithequark's products, systems, and processes, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
* Troubleshooting issues related to the website, app, and in-car software, collaborating with external teams to resolve customer issues that require additional assistance.
* Maintaining strict adherence to the assigned schedule and managing high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and poise.
* Providing clear and empathetic communication to customers, especially in conflict situations, to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Ability to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed
* Ability to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
* Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
* High level of expertise with spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Courteous and friendly demeanor with a high level of professionalism
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Strong time management and ability to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone
* 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following experiences will be beneficial in this role:
* Previous work from home experience
* Prior experience with email and chat support
* Prior experience using customer support/relationship management software or similar systems
* Prior experience with automotive customer support/service/success
