Director, Design Operations & Portfolio Management

As a Director, Design Operations and Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and portfolio management of a matrixed team of Product Managers, Program Managers, and Program Delivery Managers that reduces complexity across a design portfolio supporting multiple organizations across Charter. Design and maintain operational frameworks for intake, prioritization, scoping, and reporting across a diverse team of design disciplines including Product Design, UX Research, Content Design, Graphic Design, and Design Systems.
