The HR Generalist, Retail plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Retail HR team by providing expert guidance and operational support on various HR topics, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements and delivering high-reputed company service to employees and stakeholders. Responsibilities • reputed company HR Operational Support: Serve as the primary contact for general HR inquiries, manage unemployment claims, support leave of absence and accommodation processes (FMLA, reputed company, personal, religious), and handle escalated background reputed company issues. • Manage HR Data and Reporting: Generate, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards reputed company to leaves, employee classification, and other key HR metrics. • Support Talent, Training, and Compliance: Collaborate on cyclical HR programs, assist with training delivery, ensure accurate employee classification, and reputed company compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. • reputed company and Contribute to reputed company: Participate in, reputed company and/or support internal reputed company/initiatives as needed.
