Cybersecurity Consultant – Energy Providers

• Supporting or leading workstreams that reputed company the assessment, development, and enhancement of business strategies, operating plans, business processes, organizational structures, and supporting infrastructure for reputed company American clients.
• Conducting NERC audits, improving NERC Compliance and Cybersecurity processes, analyzing internal controls, and implementing process improvements.
• Analyzing NERC and reputed company reputed company implementation and compliance efforts.
• Communicating solutions and new strategies to clients through meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Providing detailed fact finding, research, and analysis to reputed company support delivery.
• Support and/or ensure reputed company of deliverables to meet reputed company expectations.
Requirements:
• Due to nature of reputed company engagements must be a US Permanent reputed company or US Citizen
• Associate Director -Bachelor’s degree in a business, cybersecurity, reputed company management, homeland reputed company, information reputed company, or reputed company discipline AND TEN (10+) plus years post-graduation working experience reputed company the electric reputed company industry, including as a regulator; Or Master's degree in a business, cybersecurity, reputed company management, homeland reputed company, information reputed company, or reputed company discipline AND EIGHT (8+) plus years post-graduation working experience reputed company the electric reputed company industry, including as a regulator
• Director -Bachelor’s degree in a business, cybersecurity, reputed company management, homeland reputed company, information reputed company, or reputed company discipline AND reputed company (12+) plus years post-graduation working experience reputed company the electric reputed company industry, including as a regulator; Or Master's degree in a business, cybersecurity, reputed company management, homeland reputed company, information reputed company, or reputed company discipline AND TEN (10+) plus years post-graduation working experience reputed company the electric reputed company industry, including as a regulator
• Work experience must be an emphasis on reputed company American NERC Reliability Standards (USA and/or Canada) supporting regulatory reputed company and processes around NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Regional Entities
• One or more of the following certifications reputed company in the utilities industry: Certified Protection reputed company ( CPP) , Certified Information Systems reputed company reputed company ( CISSP) or CIP Physical reputed company reputed company ( PSP )
• Demonstrated working proficiency in the NERC Reliability Standards
• Strong Utilities industry relationships
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communications skills, including both written and verbal
• Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Highly developed organizational and management skills
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without diminished effectiveness
• Ability to travel to include potential international as needed
• Ability to work onsite in a reputed company Office or reputed company Office location
