Tele Chat Support Specialist
Job Description:
As a Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our clients via live chat. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a positive experience that builds trust and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues effectively
Provide accurate information and guidance to clients
Document chat interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications
Qualifications:
Prior experience in chat support, customer service, or call center roles preferred
Excellent written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to stay patient and empathetic under pressure
Familiarity with chat software and CRM tools
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
High school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service training is a plus.
