**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
* Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
* Previous experience in a high-volume customer service environment
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
