**The Role**
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert customer service to clients across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. This role requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, which will enable you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs
* Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
* Process new and/or amended enrollments
* Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
* Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers
**Requirements**
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license
* Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required)
* High school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Passion for helping others
* Patient and empathetic nature
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Experience working in the insurance industry
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of insurance products and services
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
