**About the Role**
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll work closely with our sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure that our customers achieve their security goals and maximize the value of our solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their security needs and goals
* Provide technical guidance and support to customers, helping them navigate complex security challenges
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities
* Develop and deliver training programs to help customers get the most out of our solutions
* Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B cybersecurity or SaaS company
* Strong technical acumen, ideally with experience in security tools, DevSecOps, cloud security, or developer tooling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights
* Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and growth
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and customer success platforms (bonus points for Vitally)
* Ability to balance multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a similar role at a cybersecurity company
* Knowledge of security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g. NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
* Experience with cloud-based security solutions and DevSecOps tools
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
* Certification in a relevant security field (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH)
