Job Overview

As a Remote Data Entry and Fulfillment Specialist with blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving and putting away inventory, packing and shipping orders, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will also be required to use scanners to read bar codes on products, view prompts on screens, and follow directions for some tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
• Pack and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products and view prompts on screens to follow directions for some tasks
• Troubleshoot problems and ensure that customer orders are processed accurately
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
• Ensure product meets quality requirements and adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
• Lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around and go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) and adhere to strict safety protocols

Essential Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
