Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal partners and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives
  • Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
  • Design and develop applications for internal clients, ensuring data integrity and suitability
  • Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
  • Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions, presenting findings and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with reporting platforms such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad), Hadoop, Oracle, and Crystal Reporting
  • Knowledge of blithequark systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
  • Development database languages and experience with Oracle PLSQL
