Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service to our valued customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be the face of blithequark, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer contacts (calls, chats, emails) in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Research and troubleshoot problems, using available resources to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with product and service information, making recommendations and promoting blithequark's offerings as appropriate.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers, as necessary, to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Document customer contacts, as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of blithequark's policies, procedures, and safety rules, adhering to these guidelines in all customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably in an Omni Channel Contact Center environment, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous Work at Home experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals, both internally and externally, and provide clear, concise information to customers.
  • Maintain the customer's perspective as a driving force behind activities, ensuring that customer needs and concerns are always prioritized.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, enabling you to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment, remaining detailed and organized, and managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with relevant computer applications, such as Google Chrome, Oracle Service Cloud, Order Management System, Workday, and Kronos, and the ability to toggle multiple web browsers and use dual monitors.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and within a team setting.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, with a strong understanding of what drives customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with blithequark's product lines, demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings and the ability to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking customers.

Home Office Requirements

To work from home successfully, you will need:

  • A broadband internet connection (Cable, DSL, or Fiber) with a minimum download speed of 5.0 MBPS (preferably 75), ensuring reliable and fast connectivity.
  • A wired, network connection to either a hub or directly to a broadband modem, with no wireless internet connections allowed.
  • At least 4 GB of available RAM, ensuring that your computer can handle multiple applications and tasks simultaneously.
  • Data usage of 1024 GB (1 Terabyte), demonstrating a strong understanding of data management and the ability to work efficiently.
  • A compatible headset, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cord, and a computer system, which will be provided by blithequark, ensuring that you have the necessary equipment to perform your job duties effectively.
  • A work atmosphere that is free from noise, including but not limited to televisions, audio equipment, pets, children, etc., ensuring that you can focus on your work and provide exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements and Attendance

To perform this job successfully, you will need:

  • An acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties, ensuring that you can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior, demonstrating a strong commitment to blithequark's values and expectations.
  • Availability to work weekends and all holidays except for Christmas Day, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the year.
