Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues, and communicating with our field operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency, as well as knowledge of customer service principles and best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
