About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will embody the voice of the customer, playing a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for truffleHog users. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding security teams, engineers, and leadership at enterprise companies to secure their environments effectively and maximize the potential of blithequark's products. Your day-to-day will involve developing strong, trusted relationships with customers, providing them with technical guidance, and acting as their advocate within blithequark. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to drive customer success and ensure that customer feedback influences product improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and best practices to succeed with blithequark's products.
- Account Management & Retention: Foster long-term relationships with customers, driving adoption, renewals, and account growth through tailored support and strategic guidance.
- Technical Enablement: Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, helping them navigate security best practices and maximize their investment in blithequark's solutions.
- Proactive Support & Issue Resolution: Identify potential challenges proactively and collaborate with internal teams, such as Engineering and Technical Support, to ensure swift and effective issue resolution.
- Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback from customers, identify trends, and influence product improvements based on real-world use cases, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard and valued within blithequark.
- Expansion & Upsell Opportunities: Partner with the Sales team to identify opportunities for expansion and increased product adoption, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark's customer base.
What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, preferably within a B2B cybersecurity or SaaS company.
- Strong technical acumen, with ideal experience in security tools, DevSecOps, cloud security, or developer tooling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for customers.
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of driving renewals and expansion.
- Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and customer success platforms (with a bonus for experience with Vitally).
- The ability to balance multiple priorities with a high level of autonomy, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
