As a Senior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, including account management, general queries, scheduling appointments, reporting adverse events, and special situations. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chat, and social media monitoring in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product descriptions, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and donations
- Manage customer accounts, schedule appointments, and report adverse events as needed
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Multi-task and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ year of call center experience preferred
- 1+ year of work-from-home experience, with a strong ability to work independently and self-direct
- Excellent typing and computer navigation skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Strong social media knowledge and active listening skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with multiple brands and services, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.00 - $13.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and career advancement.
