About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. The best part? What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must reside in Texas
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Must have open availability during operating hours
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential

Home Setup Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following home setup requirements:

  • Provided Equipment: blithequark will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam
  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production
  • Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training
