[Remote] Sr. HR Generalist (Remote Opportunity within Michigan)

The role involves recruiting, administering performance management, and facilitating training and employee relations initiatives. Responsibilities • Recruits and screens exempt and non-exempt applicants. Ensures compliance with Corporate hiring practices and policies. • Administers the corporate performance management and salary administration programs in accordance with company policies. • Services as a representative for various employee relations' issues by counseling employees and managers, gathering information and making recommendations to the Director of HR. • Facilitates training and career development plans for client groups. • Works with the HR Director to administer the annual HR Planning Process. • Serves as the Climate and QMS Survey administrator for client groups. • Assists employees in resolving benefits coverage issues by troubleshooting with Corporate HR and Corporate Benefits. • Facilitates organizational design and change management initiatives with client groups.
