Essential Qualifications

- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Be able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed.
- Be able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule.
- Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm.
- Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Be courteous, friendly, and professional in all interactions, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Have strong time management skills and be able to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone.
- Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience.
