Key Responsibilities
- Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service
- Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with courteous and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
- Utilize pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow, and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director
- Maintain accurate records, check in and price stock, and keep counters and retires clean and well-promoted
- Provide support and assistance to the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
Preferred Qualifications
- At least six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with blithequark
- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
