About the Role

We are seeking professional and skilled candidates to work in a remote setting, who possess the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will embody our core qualifications: reliability, a positive and energetic attitude, excellent listening skills, and a talent for problem-solving. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, challenging you daily to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and concerns with empathy and understanding.
  • Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting our services and standards.
  • Delivering blithequark's service standards to customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with our offerings.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls as required, to ensure issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed call notes and reports, updating our CRM system to reflect customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, documenting all actions taken.
  • Recording customer comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, to continuously improve our service and support.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Service Department.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational education and commitment to learning.
  • Bilingual skills are a significant plus, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Some experience in sales and customer service, providing a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, managing multiple customer interactions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with MS Excel is a plus, facilitating data analysis and reporting.
  • The ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, de-escalating conflicts and finding resolutions.

Compensation and Perks
