Key Responsibilities

- Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls efficiently and courteously. Handle overflow appointment requests with precision.
- On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as required.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
