At blithequark, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our HRIS team. As a key member of our Shared Services Department, you will be responsible for providing data analysis and reporting support to various stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will help us make informed business decisions, drive process improvements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our HR data.

**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR data, including employee demographics, turnover rates, and training participation.
* **HRIS Configuration and Maintenance**: Configure and maintain HRIS systems, including SAP/EC, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders, including HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams.
* **Data Quality and Integrity**: Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring that HR data is accurate, complete, and consistent.
* **Process Improvement**: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, working with stakeholders to implement changes and drive process efficiency.
* **Training and Development**: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to use HRIS systems effectively.
* **Project Management**: Lead and participate in projects related to HRIS development and implementation, ensuring timely and successful completion.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Bachelor's Degree**: In a related field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Computer Science.
* **3+ Years of Experience**: In data analysis, HRIS, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data management principles and HR concepts.
* **Intermediate Microsoft Excel**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of SUM function, borders, column width, charts, text wrap, sorting, headers, and footers.
* **SQL or Record-Writing Applications**: Experience with SQL or other record-writing applications, such as Business Objects, Cognos, or Crystal Reports.
* **Time Management and Organization**: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **Advanced SQL or Record-Writing Applications**: Experience with advanced SQL or record-writing applications, including query development, data modeling, and data visualization.
* **Project Management**: Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
* **HRIS Experience**: Experience with HRIS systems, including SAP/EC, Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll.
* **Human Resources Concepts**: Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices, and techniques, including benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and training.
