**Job Summary**
As an Insurance Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers over the phone, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to their insurance policies. Your primary tasks will include:
* Gathering and verifying customer information
* Entering data into forms and systems
* Answering questions about insurance policies and procedures
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Hours of Operation and Scheduling**
Our team operates on a flexible schedule, with the following hours of operation:
* Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 5 PM PST
* 10 hours per week, with 5 hours self-scheduled on the weekend
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Hourly rate: To be discussed in the interview phase
* Commitment: 90 days (as needed)

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Data entry experience, preferably in a high-volume call support environment
* Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to type 45+ WPM
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures, or a willingness to learn
**Workspace Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and secure experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity)
* Willingness to install blithequark's security software on your computer and mobile device
* Willingness to install AWS on your computer
* Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
* Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater
* 8 GB RAM or better
* Dual monitors highly recommended
