**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Guest Relations and Operations Support, you will be responsible for:
**GUEST RELATIONS**
* Providing exceptional guest support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Leveraging AI, specifically ChatGPT, to craft comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
* Screening potential guests and ensuring a seamless onboarding process
* Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest experiences
* Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
**COMPANY TASKS**
* Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
* Submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
* Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Proficiency in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
* Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
* Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI-powered guest messaging
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
* Experience with VoiP and phone communication with guests and vendors
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
* Knowledge of business financials/accounting and accounting systems
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
* Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST
