[Remote] IT Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CPMC, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic programs for an active government contract proposal with the Department of Interior, Human Resources Directorate. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT support and modernization activities while serving as the primary liaison between DOI, project teams, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Oversee program deliverables and contract compliance.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure alignment with DOI and HRD modernization goals.
Skills
• 8+ years of experience (10+ preferred for enterprise or federal programs)
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA)
• Experience in Agile/SAFe and traditional environments
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist certification
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field
